Step 1:

Open your preferred Internet Browser e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari.

If you are using a Mac please click on the below link:

For Windows continue to Step 2.


Step 2:

In the address bar at the top type the following address: and navigate to it.


Step 3:

Once the page for Google Drive opens click on the "Download for PC" tab to start the download.

Step 4:

After clicking on the "Download for PC" tab you should be prompted with a new windows asking to accept.

Click on the "Accept and Install" tab to continue the isntallation.

Step 5: 

Once your installation is finished, you'll see a Welcome to Google Drive wizzard, which will help you set up Google Drive.

Click on the "Get Started" tab to begin.

Step 6:

You will be asked to log in and you can do so by entering you Rhodes email address as your username and your password.

After that you will be taken through a small tutorial on how to use Google Drive.

Step 7:

Once the Google Drive App has been installed and you are done with the tutorial you can access your Google Drive folder by clicking the up arrow on your taskbar in the bottom left corner.

There you will find a Google Drive Icon which you right click on and select "Open Google Drive Folder"

Step 8:

When clickin on the "Open Google Drive folder" in Step 7 you will be taken to your shared Google Drive folder.

In this folder you can place any data that you would like to backup and sync to the cloud and even share between all your devices.
