Mail Delivery Process:

  • All postal mail is delivered to the Hall Administrator via the mailroom.

  • The mail is sorted and placed in the designated residence mailboxes during the day, Monday through Friday.

  • Residence Student Assistants are responsible for collecting and distributing mail to the students.

Courier Delivery Details:

  • Couriers must deliver packages directly to the student.

  • If the student is unavailable, the Hall Administrator will receive the package on their behalf.

  • An email notification will be sent to the student’s Rhodes University email address to inform them of the package's arrival.

 

Note: Students are encouraged to regularly check their university email, as this is the primary method of communication.

 

Updating Personal Details

It is the student’s responsibility to promptly update any changes in their home address or contact information on the Rhodes Online Student System (ROSS).
