Short Course: Creative Writing

 

DO YOU WANT TO WRITE?

Do you already write poems or stories or a journal but just never

seem to finish them?

Do you want to try and get your writing published?

Do you need encouragement and stimulation from other writers?

Why not join the ISEA CREATIVE WRITING COURSE open to anyone in Makhanda. Over 400 people have done the course, now in its 25th year.

We will introduce you to fun writing exercises and fresh approaches to writing, show you how to give and receive critical feedback, coach you in how to edit your own work and how to get published or self-publish. We guarantee to get you writing!

Time : Tuesday evenings, 6:30pm to 8:30pm

The course runs for 15 sessions (from February to July excluding holidays)

Venue : Institute for the Study of the Englishes of Africa (ISEA) 

St Peter’s Building, off Somerset Street, next to Eden Grove

Cost : R 900
