Research Interests

My interests are centred around critical/decolonial perspectives on HRM, work and organisations in post-apartheid South Africa (Organisational Psychology related) and I am also generally interested in the nexus between psychology and community engagement/development:

• Worker subjectivity & ethical paradoxes in organisations
• Intersectionality, care & voice/silence in relation to workspaces and workers
• Alternative organising & decolonising management
• Health and well-being in organisations using critical lenses
• Career development pathways in organisations
• Nexus between psychology and community engagement/development
