Yanela

Dr. Yanela Ndabula is based at the Centre for Higher Education Research, Teaching and Learning (CHERTL) at Rhodes University, where she focuses on student development and learning. Yanela previously held a researcher and then lecturer role with the Critical Studies in Sexualities and Reproduction research programme at Rhodes University. Currently, she is leading the implementation of a first-year mentoring programme that promotes peer learning in undergraduate education. Her expertise also extends to postgraduate support, having served as a Writing Circle Coordinator at the Centre for Postgraduate Studies.
