I would like to commence PhD immediately after my masters degree to enable me achieve my goals. With my hard work and dedication, I believe I will achieve my goals.

Research:

I am currently proposing to carry out a project on phosphate removal using carbon-based nanocomposite.

Phosphate pollution is becoming a challenge in water bodies. Phosphates enters water from untreated municipal wastewater, industrial effluents, fertilizer run-off.  When phosphates become excess in the aquatic environment, they increase the growth of algae and other aquatic plants then increase the rate of eutrophication. There is need to remove phosphate from wastewater before it is being discharged into water bodies.
