Professor Charles Young recently attended the 2nd Australian Psychological Society’s College of Counselling Psychologists Conference that was held in Melbourne, from 26 February to 1 March 2015, with the theme of Experts in Mental Health.
He presented his paper, The professional identity of counselling psychologists: Lessons from around the world to a progressive audience that grapples with many of the same issues that counselling psychology faces in South Africa. Described by Charles as “the most enjoyable conference I have attended”, he has returned having made many global counselling psychology contacts.Source: Press release
