Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals for a one year research internship located in the Critical Studies in Sexualities and Reproduction research programme of Rhodes University. The successful candidate will join a team of researchers studying alcohol use during pregnancy. S/he will be primarily responsible for logistical arrangements, training data collectors, overseeing the data collection process, collecting data where necessary, coding data and performing statistical analyses.
Requirements:
- A relevant social science Masters or Doctoral degree or evidence of substantial progress in a Masters or Doctoral degree;
- Experience in conducting quantitative research or evidence of significant training in quantitative research;
- Valid driver’s license.
