Dr Atemkeng has recently been notified that he has won the Kambule Doctoral Award, to be presented at the Deep Learning Indaba 2019. This prestigious prize includes fully funded flights and accommodation to attend Deep Learning Indaba 2019 in Kenya. He has also been awared with KES 70,000 prize money and will be hosted at the University of Oxford to present his research at one of the Africa Oxford Initiative meetings.
