Cape Town Events
Date Released: Thu, 29 November 2018 16:00 +0200The second instalment of our alumni events took place at the Kelvin Grove Club in Cape Town on the 11 October 2018. Deputy Vice – Chancellor for Research and Development, Dr Peter Clayton hosted three events. The first event was the Alumni Dinner where Professor Chris Brink was awarded the 2017 Distinguished Old Rhodian Award.
In his acceptance speech, Professor Chris Brink reminisced on the time he spent at Rhodes University and how it shaped his career.
The following day saw two events taking place, the Legacy Luncheon and the Reunion were well attended by Old Rhodians of all walks of life.
