  • Kay Mosiane of Allan Gray (Allan Gray Sub-Warden)
  • Relo Sikwane of Allan Gray (Hall Senior Student)

KAY MOSIANE (Allan Gray Sub-Warden)

For outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty in that she was at the helm of the Round the Block relay (which won third place in the DoSA live smart challenge) and has shown commitment to the Hall in terms of offering her talents for our enjoyment at dinners and the Hall Ball, a judge at the Drostdy’s got talent, and as an organizer of the international parade – bringing fame and honour to the hall from far and wide. She did all of this while never neglecting her duties as a sub-warden – either administratively or as a caring and watchful member of the Drostdy leadership.

RELO SIKWANE (Drostdy Hall Senior Student)

For excellence in her position as Hall Senior student, organizing her team superbly in the preparation of the welcome dinner, leavers’ dinner, Hall Ball and SEVERAL fundraisers in-between, as well as stepping in to fill the gaps when Kay was sick on the day of the Round the Block relay, and when the head student was called aside on family business in Allan Gray. Relo has grown as a leader beyond what was expected as a Hall Senior and demonstrated true depth of character, outstanding commitment in all that she has done.
